Delivery
LOMI always quote a delivery time of between 10-12 weeks, namely, customers are confirmed a
2 week time slot during which your furniture will be available for delivery. Closer to the delivery period you will be contacted by LOMI to arrange a suitable time & day for delivery. Where the delivery of your furniture is within the direct control of LOMI we guarantee that your furniture will be delivered on-time.* If there is any possibility that your order may take a little longer than expected then we will inform you, as soon as we have been notified by the supplier. We deliver Monday – Friday between 8.30am and 4.30pm (08.00 – 16.30).
All of our fitters are qualified cabinet makers with a high level of craftsman skills & attention to detail. The fitters are trained in-house & possess in-depth product knowledge which means that a high standard of fitting quality is achieved consistently. All orders are delivered packed in boxes. Our fitters unpacked each part, assemble and install it for you. We then clean up and remove all the packaging waste for recycling. Our fitters can be identified by their burgundy & grey work wear displaying the LOMI logo. We are constantly complimented by customers on our fitters, cleanliness, helpfulness, friendliness & respect for the customer’s home.
*please note that occasionally during holidays & periods of high demand delivery times’ ex. factory may be longer. Such delays are outside the direct control of LOMI but we will ensure that your order is delivered in the shortest possible time.
