Apart from our sales, design and delivery services LOMI also offer a friendly and helpful aftersales service.

While your order is being processed you will always be able to contact us with any questions or worries you may have about the product, the delivery or the installation.

If a problem with your order is noticed during installation it will be noted on your delivery document and we will contact you with details on the course of action. If you have received your order and noticed a problem after our delivery team have left please just give us a call and we will arrange a solution. We will always deal with any problem in the shortest time possible but please note that parts etc. are subject on our suppliers delivery times.

Should your furniture suffer damage or any problems at any time after you have purchased it please do talk to us. We can always help with a replacement part or a repair from one of our experienced cabinet makers.

If you are moving house or just redecorating and need to move your furniture or put it into safe storage for a period of time LOMI are very happy to assist.
