GAN is a brand name of Gandia Blasco, a company formed as far back as 1941 in Ontinyent (Valencia) in Spain. The company produced blankets for over 40 years with great success. In the early 1990's the company began to dversify into other products, producing rugs & bedlinen. With the assistance of designers, Marisa Gallen & Sandra Figuerola the strong identity & distinctive products the have won internaltional acclaim began to emerge. Since 2008 the rugs have been available under the GAN brand. The design signature of the brand is underscored by the input of internationally renowed designers such as Patricia Urquiola, Ramon Esteve, Francesc Rife & Odosdesign. GAN products are currently sold in 75 countries worldwide.
